All plans ship with Software RAID. We support RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, and 10 — you can specify your preferred configuration at order time or contact support to change it after provisioning.
Each plan includes two SSD cache drives that can be configured as a read cache, write buffer, or separate fast-tier volume. This significantly improves I/O performance for frequently accessed data without compromising raw HDD capacity.
Yes. Failed drives are replaced at no cost within 4 hours of detection. Our monitoring systems proactively detect failing drives via SMART data and alert our technicians before failure occurs.
We support Ubuntu (20.04 / 22.04 / 24.04), Debian (11 / 12), CentOS Stream, AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux, and TrueNAS Scale. Custom ISO installation is available on request.
